Counseling
Seeking help takes courage. Whether you come alone, with a partner, as a family, or within a group, counseling offers a supportive space to process challenges, strengthen connections, and discover new ways of being. Here, therapy is not only about addressing struggles — it’s about cultivating resilience, clarity, and deeper relationships with yourself and others.
Finding Your Voice
Therapy begins with you. Individual sessions provide a safe and confidential space to explore your emotions, values, and personal goals. Together, we’ll work to uncover strengths, navigate life transitions, and heal from past wounds, while building strategies to live with more purpose and authenticity.
Areas of focus include
Anxiety & Depression
Trauma & PTSD (including intergenerational and racial trauma)
Identity Development (ethno-racial, gender, sexual orientation, biculturalism)
Men’s Issues (masculinity, fatherhood, communication, emotional expression)
Career & College Counseling
Immigration-related stress and trauma
Grief & Loss

Strengthening Bonds
Healthy relationships are built on trust, communication, and understanding. In couples and family counseling, we create a non-judgmental space to explore values, roles, and communication styles. The goal is not only to resolve conflict but also to deepen connection, respect differences, and cultivate relationships where everyone feels seen and heard.
Specialty areas include
Communication & Trust Building
Parenting & Multigenerational Challenges
Interracial & Multiracial Families
Neurodiversity in Relationships
Intimacy & Relational Issues
Cross-Cultural Communication
Family Separation & Systemic Stressors

Healing Together
In group therapy, healing becomes a collective journey. Guided by a therapist, groups provide a supportive environment where members share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build resilience together.
Types of groups

Interpersonal Groups
Designed to improve communication, explore relationship patterns, and foster healthier connections.
