I partner with my clients to come up with healing and liberation-based solutions that address systemic oppression (e.g., racism, colorism, sexism), interpersonal trauma, and interagency conflict.

I have partnered with higher education institutions to process interpersonal trauma and systemic discrimination experienced by undocumented students and trained educators, community members, and peers to become allies to immigrant communities. Additionally I have supported the creation of student advisory boards to support academic institutions to be more responsive to student needs. I have guided stakeholders in cultivating relationships and care centered in anti-racism, decolonization, and liberation.
