CONSULTING SERVICES

I partner with my clients to come up with healing and liberation-based solutions that address systemic oppression (e.g., racism, colorism, sexism), interpersonal trauma, and interagency conflict.

I have partnered with higher education institutions to process interpersonal trauma and systemic discrimination experienced by undocumented students and trained educators, community members, and peers to become allies to immigrant communities. Additionally I have supported the creation of student advisory boards to support academic institutions to be more responsive to student needs. I have guided stakeholders in cultivating relationships and care centered in anti-racism, decolonization, and liberation. Restorative Justice Circles & Guidance

At In Lak’ech CEC, we believe true healing and transformation happen in community. Our Restorative Justice Circles & Guidance bring people together to address harm, repair relationships, and cultivate genuine accountability. Always with deep respect for cultural wisdom and lived experiences.

Whether you’re seeking to respond to conflict, foster belonging, or create systemic change in your organization or school, we’ll collaboratively design restorative processes tailored to your needs.

Services include:

  • Guided restorative circles for conflict resolution and healing

  • Training and coaching for staff, leaders, and teams

  • Policy development to build restorative practices into your culture

  • Ongoing support for sustaining safe, connected mediated spaces
