LOGO SYMBOLISM

Tree - Like a tree, we grow and change with the seasons; we may bend and sway but stand tall in our resilience. Like trees, we grow individually and in community, interconnected to one another.

Roots - The importance of knowing where we come from, and understanding ours, our families, communities, and society histories. It also represents our understanding of our connection to ourselves and others.

Mosiac - Represents the diversity of stories, identities, origins, and struggles we each experience. Honoring the distinct colors and difference without making one more important than another, while highlighting the beauty of coming together. It also expresses the interaction between different parts of our identity and intersectionalities.

Black & White vs Color - The juxtaposition represents the duality of being human and the way in which we are both darkness and light, success and failure, joy and suffering.

The Circle - Has no beginning or end. It represents the passing of time, learning, and change. It also represents interconnectedness, the spirit of In Lak'ech, and finding ourselves in others.

PERSONAL VALUES

Wellness - We all deserve emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellness. True wellness comes from a holistic approach that honors the interconnectedness of body, mind, heart, and soul. In both individual and collective spaces, I help people, families, and organizations move toward healing by recognizing that wellness looks different for everyone. Whether in therapy, education, or consulting, I create space for growth, self-discovery, and connection, supporting each unique path toward well-being.

Mindfulness - Allows us to live with intentionality, purpose, and authenticity. It is the foundation of presence—helping individuals, groups, and organizations engage meaningfully with themselves and others. Through mindfulness, we cultivate liberation from limiting beliefs, assumptions, and past experiences, empowering both personal and systemic transformation. By fostering critical consciousness, I support clients in navigating their inner world and communities with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

Growth – is an ongoing journey, both individually and collectively. I believe that people, families, and organizations are capable of transformation, resilience, and self-improvement. Change is not only possible but necessary for progress.
